Select Skype as the Internet Call Program Used by Windows

1. Go to Windows Start --> Settings --> Control Panel

 

2. Select Internet Options:

 

 

3. Under the "Programs" tab, find the "Internet Call" drop-down menu and select "Skype":

 

 

4. Click OK to save settings and exit "Internet Properties".

 

Now Skype should recognise your USB phone.
