Our returns policy is essentially the same as that of Amazon.com.

General Returns Policy

You may return for a full refund, items in their original unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Calculating Partial Refunds

Any product with opened packaging may be returned withing 30 days of delivery: 85% of the item's price.
Any unopened items returned after 30 days but less than 90 days of delivery: 80% of the item's price.
Any returned item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, lacking original packaging, or is missing parts not due to our error: 50% of item's price.

We'll also return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
